Overview
The BIN Lookup Report was created to provide our merchants an interface for looking up credit card and debit card metadata by entering the BIN number.
The BIN Lookup Report is available to merchants with the following roles: Risk_ReadOnly, Risk_actions, Operations_ReadOnly, Operations_Actions.
Generating a BIN Lookup Report
To generate a BIN Lookup Report:
- From the Menu bar, select Operations > BIN Lookup.
- Enter a 6-digit or a 8-digit BIN number.
- Press Run Report and the report is generated.
Once you have generated the report, you can export it to CSV or Excel.
BIN Lookup Report
The following table describes the information provided in the report:

| BIN Number | The first six digits of the credit/debit card that identifies the issuing institute. | |
| Payment Method | The payment method used to complete the transaction. | |
| Issuer Name | The name of the issuing bank. | |
| Issuer Country | The country where the issuing bank that processed the transaction is located. | This icon represents the country's flag. You can place your mouse over the flag to see the country's name in a tooltip. |
| Card Type | Indicates whether it is a credit or debit card. Possible values: Debit Credit | |
| Card Sub-brand | Indicates the co-branded card of the credit card company. | Examples:

| Is Pre-paid | Indicates if the card used for deposits is pre-paid or not. | |
| Support Fast Funds | Tooltip indicates if the BIN supports Visa Direct (Visa) or MoneySend (Mastercard). |
