General Notes
- The execution time of the distribution of all financial reports is 11:00 AM (Jerusalem time).
- Merchants can schedule a query or distribution for the financial reports. All financial reports (except the Settlement Summary Report) have limitations of creating daily report based on their business model.
- Merchant with ‘Blended‘ business model can create daily reports.
- Merchants with ‘Interchange++‘ or ‘AIPAC Merchants with Interchange ++‘ business models are able to create daily reports with T+2 and T+3 days extensions respectively, meaning if the transaction is processed on day T, the merchant receives the data after two or three days. If you wish to get data for Nuvei Acquirer, you should set a weekly distribution.
- Merchants with ‘Interchange++‘ model are able to create monthly report starting from the 3rd of the month because of the favorable timing of data. If you wish to get data for Nuvei Acquirer, you should set a monthly distribution for the 3rd of the month.
- When running, exporting, or scheduling a report (email or SFTP), the data may be affected by the reconciliation process for acquirer bank and card schemes.
- In general, bank holidays do not affect the data retrieval and its presentation. The one exception to this is the Christmas holiday.
- For all merchants (IC++, blended, and from any region except North America), the Settlement Summary Report has no delay.
