The Withdrawal Request Report lists your withdrawal requests for a period of time you define up to the previous year. The Withdrawal report contains the status of the request, the financial details of the request, and the date by which the request must be processed. Through the Withdrawal Request report, you can manage requests or drill down further within the request to manage the individual orders within the request.

Above the Search Result section, the filters that were used in the search are presented, and these can be used to further refine your search.
Details Column
The Details column contains two icons:
- Press to open a Withdrawal Request screen where you can view the details of the transaction.
- Press to open a Withdrawal Request screen where you can manage your pending requests or view previous requests that you have already processed. See Withdrawal Request Screen below for more information.
Actions
The Actions dropdown above the report enables you to perform the following actions to the transactions in the report: Settle, Decline, Approve, and Seal.
The actual actions available for each transaction depends on the type and status of each individual transaction.
The following table describes actions you can perform on pending requests:
Fields | Description | Notes |
---|---|---|
Settle | When you settle a request, the customer's funds are transferred to their payment method account. | |
Decline | When you decline a request, the customer's funds are not transferred to their payment method account and the request is canceled. | |
Approve | When manually processing a request, you can process the withdrawal request in two modes: Single Message mode and Double Message mode. | In Single Message mode, your administrator settles the transaction and the funds are transferred to the customer's account. In Double Message mode, your Control Panel users approve the withdrawal request by selecting the Approve button and the funds are only transferred when your administrator settles the request. Depending on the settings of the Withdrawal configurations, this function may not be available. If your configuration supports double message mode, your Control Panel users can approve a withdrawal request. Approving a request does not settle the funds, rather it indicates that a user has reviewed the request and approved it to be settled by an administrator. |
Seal | When the amount of a withdrawal request to be returned to the customer is less than their original deposit, you can use this method to seal the deposit. | Sealing a deposit means that in the Cashier Withdrawal page, the status of the deposit changes from "in process” to “partial”. |
Withdrawal Request Screen
The Withdrawal Request screen allows you to perform the four actions mentioned above, as well as manage your pending requests or view previous requests that you have already processed, which then allows you to add deposits and orders to a request.
Settling a Request
In Single Message Mode, all requests are approved once an administrator settles them. In Double Message Mode, after a user or administrator approves the request, the administrator can then settle the request. When a request is settled, the funds are transferred to the customer’s payment method account.

When your users approve a request, the request remains approved until an Administrator settles the request, at which time the funds are transferred to the customer.
If your configuration is set to Single Message Mode, the request cannot be approved and the Approve button is disabled. In Single Message Mode, the Administrator is responsible for reviewing all requests and settling them.
