The following operations can be performed through Nuvei’s Control Panel:
Transactions Report
The Transactions Report contains all the available data for your transactions such as the status of the transaction, whether the currency was converted, and the amount.
Exceptions Report
The Exceptions Report is based on the Transactions Report, but it displays only exceptions: transactions that resulted with an error and a filter error, and transactions that have been manually modified and manually inserted.
Withdrawal Request Report
The Withdrawal Request Report lists your withdrawal requests for a period of time you define up to the previous year. Through the Withdrawal Request report, you can manage requests or drill down further within the request to manage the individual orders within the request.
Withdrawal Orders Report
From the Control Panel, you can generate Withdrawal Orders reports from which you can review your withdrawal orders and settle or decline any pending orders.
Bulk Upload
The Bulk Upload interface allows merchants to upload a CSV file with existing transactions and then perform the following batch actions on them: Refund, Settle, Void, Payout, Add to List, and Remove from List.
User Payment Options
The User Payment Options (UPO) page allows the merchant to view and modify all registered payment methods.
Paylink
This menu item allows merchants to supply their customers with two payment options: Secure QR link (code) and Payment Page, also known as the Virtual Point of Sale (POS) feature.
Conversion Rates Report
You can create Conversion Rates Reports for regular or rebilling transactions. Regular transactions are typically transactions in which your customers purchase a product or service from your site. Rebilling transactions are transactions such as subscription services. When a customer successfully completes a Regular or Rebilling transaction, this is considered a conversion.
Recurring Plans Report
The Nuvei Control Panel enables merchants to view their existing rebilling plans. This includes a detailed drilldown of all transactions in a specific plan. Additionally, a merchant can create new plans within this interface, as well as modify and delete existing plans.
Recurring Subscriptions Report
The Nuvei Control Panel enables merchants to view their existing rebilling subscriptions. This includes a detailed drilldown of all transactions in a specific subscription. Additionally, a merchant can create new subscriptions within this interface, as well as modify and delete existing subscriptions.
BIN Lookup Report
The BIN Lookup Report was created to provide our merchants an interface for looking up credit card and debit card metadata by entering the BIN number.
Card Account Updater
The Card Account Updater offline batch process is an automated batch process for subscribed merchants that try to update card data. Merchants do not have to do anything proactively, unlike the Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU), which is online process during the Auth process.
Batch ID Summary Report
The Batch ID Summary Report is relevant only for merchants that are processing with Nuvei NA and Nuvei NA Hub acquirer banks. The report provides a summary of transactions that are sent for clearing and were assigned a batch ID number, and is intended to assist merchants with reconciliation.
Terminal Management
The Terminal Management interface is part of the Nuvei Omnichannel solution, offering merchants a comprehensive tool for configuring, creating, managing, monitoring status, and assigning terminals.
