Overview
The Risk Alerts Dashboard presents the risk operators performance over a selected period of time to estimate the manual review efficiency in preventing chargeback and fraud reports.
This period of time represents the date range during which a case is flagged as suspicious and triggers a review. A case can be flagged more than once.
The Risk Alerts Dashboard, located at Risk > Risk Alerts > Dashboard, consists of two sections:
- Dashboard header – Presents a summary of the risk data per time period:
Statistic Name Description Total Cases Total number of transactions that were flagged by the Nuvei Risk screening system and triggered reviews. Handled Cases The number of transactions that triggered reviews and were handled by merchant. Handled Cases Percentage The percentage of the handled cases relative to the total number of cases. Open Cases The number of cases that were not yet handled (total cases minus handled cases).
- Main area – Presents the total number of risk users. For each user, the number of handled cases is presented and a breakdown per action is available.
Statistic Name Description User Name The name of the user that was registered in the Control Panel. Last Time Active The last time (date and hour) the user was logged in to the Control Panel. Handled Cases Number of transactions that appeared in risk cases and were handled by the user. Handled Cases
PercentageThe percentage of the handled case per user out of the total handled cases. Actions Count Number of operations performed for all the handled cases.

Statistic Name | Description |

Action Type | Name of the operation. |
Actions Count | The number of actions of this type performed by the user for all cases. |
Action Type Ratio | The percentage of handled cases per action type out of the total number of handled cases per user. |
For each user, you can press the Actions Count column to view a breakdown of that user’s actions according to action type.
Case Filter
To filter the time frame of the cases displayed in the dashboard, select the dropdown at the top right of the page. The available time frames are Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, and Last 3 Months.
