Overview
Nuvei’s Control Panel GO enables you to access your payment activities and manage your merchant account data anytime, anywhere. It provides you with near-real time dashboards with various slice and dice options per payment method, acquiring bank, country, and so on. In addition, it shows you processing comparisons and trends to help identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce lost sales.
The app allows you to manage your business better and easier via a native mobile experience, customize your push notifications and have clear transparency over your funding, while saving operational time and resources.

Requirements
- You need login credentials to access the app
- iOS mobile device
- Operating system: iOS 12.0 and higher (built for iPhone)
- Download the “Google Authenticator” or “Microsoft Authenticator” app for two-factor authentication
Access and Permissions

- The application currently has single permission; all users can view the same data and use all functionalities that are enabled.
Dashboard
- Main dashboard – Provides you with a snapshot of your account activity over the last month
- Overview dashboard – Provides you with more in-depth analytics based on selected time period and additional optional filters. By default, you see the current date data based on the user defined time zone.
- Charts View can be customized as per preferences. You can show or hide charts, as well as select a currency for amount conversion.
Processing Summary
This report provides you a high-level snapshot of your activity processing activity. You can select the time period for the report and view your activity summarized data per currency, including but not limited to sales, refunds, OCTs, chargebacks and more.
Push Notifications
The notifications are divided into two types:
- Event Driven
- Trend Driven
Once a notification is received, you can drill through it within the app for more details in Dashboards or Reports.
Event Driven
- Processing Summary – A push notification with a summary of your previous day’s processing activity, which is checked daily and alerted when new data is detected in your account as final for previous calendar day.
- Chargebacks Update – A push notification with the number of new chargeback cases and their total amount, which is checked every hour and alerted when new data is detected in your account.
- Fraud Update – A push notification with the number of new fraud cases reported by the issuer bank and their total amount, which is checked every hour and alerted when new data is detected in your account.
Trend Driven
- Approval Rates – A push notification with the approval rate increase/decrease trend by a certain threshold compared to a selected reference period. The trend is checked based on your custom time period and alerted as soon as the thresholds you have defined have been exceeded.
- Processing volume – A push notification with a volume increase/decrease trend by a certain threshold compared to a selected reference period. The trend is checked based on your custom time period and alerted as soon as the thresholds you have defined have been exceeded.
