Overview

The Australia COA Statement provides a report for merchants with Nuvei direct acquiring in Australia. This statement is generated in PDF format for each month of processing, compared to the total of the most recent 12 months ending at the chosen month (or part thereof).

RBA (Reserve Bank of Australia) collects sample data on average fees paid by merchants to acquirers when accepting card payments from consumers.
This report provides the average merchants’ fees in Australia to be able to submit the data for RBA.

The currency is not be presented in the Australia COA Statement as it is only AUD.

This report is not affected by the user time zone.

Generating an Australia COA Statement

Financial statements can be generated for up to 14 months back from the current date.

To generate an Australia COA Statement:

From the Menu bar, select Finance > Statements > Australia COA Statement.
Select the date range for which you wish to run the statement.
Press Export to PDF and the statement is generated and downloaded as a PDF.

Australia COA Statement

The table below summarizes the parameters that appear in the report.

Parameter	Description
Acquiring Bank	The acquirer bank involved in the transaction.
Card Type	Possible values: Credit Debit prepaid
Sales Amount	The total amount of approved sales.
Fees Amount	The total amount of fees paid. Includes VAT if applicable.
Cost of Acceptance	The average cost for the merchant for processing transaction.
