The Control Panel Dashboard provides you with statistics and graphs for monitoring the KPIs of your site traffic. The dashboard presents data and trend comparisons up to the most recent completed hour.
Customizing the Dashboard
The Control Panel Dashboard allows you to customize its contents and the currency that is displayed. The contents are divided into three categories: Main Dashboard, Comparison Graphs, and Overview Dashboard, which are explained in the coming sections.
To customize the dashboard:
- Press the Customize button on the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard screen and a pop-up appears.
- From the dropdown menu in the upper left-hand corner of the pop-up, select the desired currency.
- Scroll and select the desired contents from the three categories: Main Dashboard, Comparison Graphs, and Overview Dashboard by pressing the ON/OFF sliding buttons.
- OPTIONAL: You may drag and drop the displayed options so that they appear in the order you desire. This order is saved automatically and appears in the designated order the next time the pop-up opens.
- Once the desired modifications have been made, press Apply and the dashboard is displayed showing the selected contents.
Main Dashboard
The Main Dashboard appears across the top of the Dashboard page. You can choose up to four statistics to display from the 10 available options, which are described in the following table:

Weekly Projections | Weekly (Mon-Sun) projection based on the sum of sales up until the previous day, plus the average of the last 4 weekdays for each projected calendar day. | |

Balance and Current Processing | Presents an updated online data for current processing and balance per merchant account. Processing Currency: The (original) currency of the transaction. Settlement Currency: The currency we settle to your bank account. Settlement Balance (last balance day): The Settlement closed balance for last balance day (as per last business day of balance), including fees. Current Processing: Total (sales and settles) minus (credits and payouts) from last balance day until the time you refresh the dashboard. |

For each statistic, you can also to see the percentage change (increase or decrease) of that statistic since the previous time period.

Comparison Graphs
The Comparison Graphs appear below the Main Dashboard. You can choose up to two graphs to display from the six available options, which are described in the following table:

Overview Dashboard
The Overview Dashboard consists of up to 12 different charts and graphs:

All Transactions = Sum of Transactions that were not cascaded (Approve + decline) AND Transactions that were cascaded and got approved/declined. It is relevant for Sale and Auth transaction types. |
Refund Ratio | The sum of refunds (credit, OCT, and CFT) divided by the sum of sale amount. |
Average Transaction Value | The sum of sales amount divided by the number of sales. |
Device Type | The device type distribution for sales transactions. |
Payment Methods | The payment method distribution for the number of sales transactions. Calculation: Percentage of Payment Method Transactions = (Number of Transaction from the payment method / Total Number of Transactions) * 100% Notes: • Choose the payment methods you wish to include in the report from the available list of options. • Each payment method's segment on the graph corresponds to the percentage of transactions it contributes to the total sales. • This percentage is derived from the total number of sales transactions • The report also shows the increase percentage for each payment method compared to the previous day's transactions. |
Location | End user country distribution for the number of sales transactions. |
Fraud Filters Ratio | The number of fraud filters divided by the number of all transactions (approved, declined and fraud filter). |
Decline Reasons Code | Top 10 decline reason codes as received from the acquiring banks. Calculation: The number of a specific decline reason code/total number of decline reason codes. Note: Analyze the results to identify the primary causes of declined transactions, focusing on the top 10 reason codes. |
Approval Ratio per Payment Provider | The approval ratio per transaction per top 10 payment providers (credit card and APMs). A "View Report" option has been integrated into the chart. Pressing this option triggers a pop-up for each bank, presenting detailed approval ratios per payment method. Notes: • Displays the distinct name of the payment method (PM). • Approve Count: Indicates the total count of approved transactions for the respective PM. • Approval Ratio (Approve/Approve+Decline): Calculated as the quotient of approved transactions (Approve) divided by the sum of approved and declined transactions (Approve + Decline). This calculation includes pending transactions, and it shows whether it enters the approved status or the approve+decline status. • Ratio - Visa (Approve+Decline) out of All Payment Methods (Approve+Decline): Highlights the proportion of Visa transactions (combining approvals and declines) relative to the total number of transactions across all payment methods (Approve + Decline) • If the cascading feature is enabled, the approval ratio calculation includes transactions processed after cascading, as well as transactions that were not cascaded. |
Payment Providers | The number of sales transactions for top 10 payment providers (credit card and APMs). |
Processing Channel | Processing Channel distribution for the number of approved sales transactions. Possible values: Ecommerce MOTO Card Present Unknown (when the processing channel is not recognized) |
These contain many different factors that you can toggle and adjust to pinpoint and display the desired information. You can mouse over any decision category to see the percentage change (increase or decrease) of that decision category since the previous time period.
Any, all, or none of these charts and graphs may be displayed.

Transaction Filters
Use the Date Range dropdown to filter the time frame of the graphs displayed in the Overview Dashboard.
To filter the transaction information that appears in the graphs and charts, press the Manage Filters button that appears just above them to adjust the available variables. The available filters include: payment method, country, processing currency, acquirer bank, client name, and issuer bank. Once a variable(s) is selected, the graphs below are updated automatically.
To reset the filters, press Reset Filters.
At the top of each line graph is a scroll bar with sliders that can be moved horizontally to narrow the time frame of the graph. Once one is moved, the “Show all” option appears, which can be used to reset the graph’s time frame.
To see more detailed information, hover over a specific part of the graph and a pop-up box appears detailing data regarding the particular part of the graph.
View Report
An additional View Report link appears in two of the graphs: Approval Ratio and Location.
Approval Ratio Graph
The View Report link enables you to view a drill-down report of the approval ratios, including the transactions and users that are using 3D-Secure.
The window contains dropdown menus and scroll bars with sliders (just as those on the previous page) that allow you to adjust your search according to six variables.
All three graphs on this pop-up contain a Transactions and Users button that can be used to toggle and view the desired information.
Location Graph
The View Report link enables you to view a drill-down report of the payment methods for the top 10 processing countries.
Select a country to see its payment method distribution.
Additional Options
Use the three buttons located in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard, next to the Customize button, to print, export, or schedule a query of the information displayed in the dashboard.
Press to print the currently displayed dashboard.
Press to export the currently displayed information to PDF or CSV.
Press to schedule a query.
FAQs
A maximum of four statistics can be viewed at a time. Before selecting a new dashboard, determine which statistic to remove.
To change the dashboard:
- Select Customize.
- For the statistic, you no longer want to view, set its toggle switch to OFF.
- For the statistic you would like to see, set its toggle switch to ON.
There is one time zone setting for all Control Panel reports and it is found in My Profile.
To change the time zone:
- Select the Profile icon and select My Profile.
- In the Time Zone section, press the Time Zone dropdown and select the relevant time zone.
- Press Save.
