The My Themes tab under Nuvei’s Payment Page provides templates for creating new payment pages, displays the payment pages (published and inactive) that you create, and allows you to modify your published and inactive payment pages.
These payment pages enable merchants selling products and services over the web to process online customer transactions simply and effortlessly.
To view the My Theme page, select Payment Page > My Theme from the Menu Bar.
Creating a New Payment Page
Nuvei provides you with a set of pre-existing payment page templates from which you can quickly create new payment pages. The templates provided are examples of payment pages you can use or modify as your own payment page. There are two themes of templates that correspond to two device types that customers can use to view the payment page: Desktop and Mobile.
To create a new payment page:
- From the Menu Bar, select Payment Page.
- From the Site Name dropdown, select the website for which you wish to create a new payment page.
- In the Create new theme section, hover over the desired theme and press Create.
- In the Editor, there are three tabs you can use to design your payment page.
- The Logo tab is used to add images and logos to your payment page.
- The Top Image tab is used to add images and logos to your payment page.
- The Colors tab is used to define the look and feel of your payment page.
- At the top-right part of the screen there are three buttons:
- Back to return to the previous page without saving your changes.
- Save to save changes and store the page without publishing.
- Publish to save changes and publish the page.
The saved and/or published payment page now appears on the main page.
Editing an Existing Payment Page
Once a payment theme has been created, you can edit it at any time.
To edit an existing payment page:
- From the Menu Bar, select Payment Page.
- From the Site Name dropdown, select the website for which you wish to create a new payment page.
- Hover over the desired theme and press Edit.
- In the Editor, use the same three tabs you used to create a new theme:
- The Logo tab is used to add images and logos to your payment page.
- The Top Image tab is used to add images and logos to your payment page.
- The Colors tab is used to define the look and feel of your payment page.
- At the top-right part of the screen there are three buttons:
- Back to return to the previous page without saving your changes.
- Save to save changes and store the page without publishing.
- Publish to save changes and publish the page.
You can preview a payment page theme at any time from the main page by hovering over the theme and selecting Preview.
Publishing a Payment Page
To implement a payment page, it must be published.
The current published theme appears with the icon.
To publish a payment page:
- From the Menu Bar, select Payment Page.
- From the Site Name dropdown, select the website for which you wish to create a new payment page.
- Hover over the thumbnail of the payment page you want to publish and press Publish.
The payment page is published and displayed to your customers.
Deactivating a Published Payment Page
A published payment page may be deactivated by removing the Publish status from the payment page. When a payment page is deactivated, the page remains in the payment page archive, but it is no longer displayed to customers.
To deactivate a payment page:
- From the Menu Bar, select Payment Page.
- From the Site Name dropdown, select the website for which you wish to create a new payment page.
- Hover over the thumbnail of the published payment page you want to deactivate and press Unpublish.
The payment page is no longer displayed on your website.
Duplicating a Payment Page
Duplicating a payment page creates an identical payment page that is saved in your payment page archive. This feature can be used to create a new payment page based on an existing page. The name of the duplicated page is the same as the original payment page with the date and time that the new page was created.
To duplicate a payment page:
- From the Menu Bar, select Payment Page.
- From the Site Name dropdown, select the website for which you wish to create a new payment page.
- Hover over the thumbnail of the payment page you want to duplicate and press Duplicate.
- Use This site (default) or select Another site.
The new page is duplicated and appears on the selected payment page.
Deleting a Payment Page
Deleting a payment page from your account removes the page completely, and it no longer appears in the payment page.
A payment page currently published cannot be deleted. To delete a payment page that is currently published, you must first remove the payment page’s Published status and then delete the payment page. For more information, see Deactivating a Published Payment Page.
To delete a payment page:
- From the Menu Bar, select Payment Page.
- From the Site Name dropdown, select the website for which you wish to create a new payment page.
- Hover over the thumbnail of the payment page you want to delete and press Delete.
A window pops up to confirm the action.
The payment page is deleted from your account.
