General Notes
- The execution of financial reports is scheduled to start at 11:00 AM Jerusalem time. The export process begins precisely at this time, and reports are delivered immediately upon completion. However, if the export queue is lengthy or the process is particularly resource-intensive, some reports may not be completed by 11:00 AM.
To address this, additional retry attempts are made at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM if the initial 11:00 AM export is unsuccessful. These retry windows are designed to ensure that reports are delivered as promptly as possible, even if there are delays in the initial export process. - Merchants can schedule a query or distribution for the financial reports. All financial reports (except the Settlement Summary Report) have limitations of creating daily report based on their business model.
- Merchant with ‘Blended‘ business model can create daily reports.
- Merchants with ‘Interchange++‘ or ‘AIPAC Merchants with Interchange ++‘ business models are able to create daily reports with T+2 and T+3 days extensions respectively, meaning if the transaction is processed on day T, the merchant receives the data after two or three days. If you wish to get data for Nuvei Acquirer, you should set a weekly distribution.
- Merchants with ‘Interchange++‘ model are able to create monthly report starting from the 3rd of the month because of the favorable timing of data. If you wish to get data for Nuvei Acquirer, you should set a monthly distribution for the 3rd of the month.
- When running, exporting, or scheduling a report (email or SFTP), the data may be affected by the reconciliation process for acquirer bank and card schemes.
- In general, bank holidays do not affect the data retrieval and its presentation. The one exception to this is the Christmas holiday.
- For all merchants (IC++, blended, and from any region except North America), the Settlement Summary Report has no delay.
